Where:
Venue – Evergreen Brick Works located at 550 Bayview Avenue
New Scenic Route – Run the Bayview Extension and Rosedale Valley Road
Date: March 16, 2025
Race start: 10:15 a.m.
1K Kids Race – 10 a.m.
5K & 10K Race – 10:15 a.m.
Registration
Optional: All registered runners and walkers can get an event technical running shirt (sizes S, M, L, XL, XXL).
How to Register
Register as an individual
Sign up for the race by completing the Achilles St. Patrick’s Day 5K Run/Walk online individual registration application on the Events Online website.

1K Kids Run
- $25 from Dec 18 – Jan 31 then
- $30 from Feb 1 to Mar 16th.
5K Run/Walk
- $60 Dec 18 – Jan 31
- $65 Feb 1 – Feb 2
- $70 Mar 1 – Mar 16
10K Race
- $70 Dec 18 – Jan 31
- $75 Feb 1 – Feb 29
- $80 Mar 1 – Mar 16
5K Virtual
- $60 Dec 18 – Mar 16
10K Virtual

Take The Team Challenge
There are two options for registering your team.
- Online team registrationSign up your team online by completing the Achilles St. Patrick’s Day 5K Run/Walk online team registration application on the Events Online website. Online registration closes Monday, March 12th at 11:59 p.m.
- Download the team registration formComplete our team registration form and return it to us no later than Monday, March 12th. You can email it to us.
Team registration fees
- Cost per team: $600 + HST for the Team Captain + first 9 team members
- Additional team members: $60 + HST/member
Team race kits pick up
Race Kits Pick-Up Details
ALL Participants must make arrangement to pick-up their own race kit before Race Day of March 17th. You may ask a friend to pick-up on your behalf if your unable to attend race kits pick-up days and hours. If your participating on a team, your team leader will pick-up your race kit on your behalf.
Dates & Location:
The Runners Shop located at 374 Bloor Street West
- Friday, March 15th from 10 am to 7 pm
- Saturday, March 16th from 10 am to 5 pm
No race day pickup unless you are from outside the GTA!
Participants from out of town only may pick up their Race Kits on Sunday, March 17th at Evergreen Brick Works, starting at 8:30am.
Bag Check:
There will be bag check at Evergreen Brick Works.
This year we asking you to please make a donation of $5 or more for your bag check of which Achilles Canada will then use to support their athletes throughout the year
Please do not bring valuables with you. Achilles Canada and Evergreen Brick Works are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Charitable teams
Demonstrate your organization’s support by entering a team. Families and friends may enter as a team. Challenge your organization to collect pledges. 100% of pledge money goes back to your organization. In 2022, participating organizations raised more than $85,000!

Evergreen Brick Works
550 Bayview Avenue
Plenty of parking on site at $10 per vehicle.
Option 1: take the TTC to Broadview Subway Station and take the Evergreen Brick Works Shuttle Bus service or
Option 2: take the TTC to Davisville Subway stop to take the TTC #28 Bus which will take you directly to the Brick Works.

No Bib = No Time. No exceptions.

Bag Check
There will be bag check at Evergreen Brick Works

There are washrooms inside Evergreen Brick Works
Water Stations
There will be water available at the race Start/Finish line. There will be limited amount of water at the 2.5K as we are trying to become more environmentally friendly. The water that is available at the 2.5K mark will be for the 10K participants. We encourage you to bring your own water bottle.
Awards & Prizes
Awards and prizes will be awarded after the race in the Evergreen Brick Works.
You cannot win more than one award.

20 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, 60 to 69, 70+
Awards
- Overall first: male & female
- Masters first: male & female
- Achilles athletes: first overall male & female
- Runners: top three males & females in each age category
- Walkers: first overall male & femaleNote: You must walk the entire 5K
- Teams: fastest team, largest team & most pledges raisedFastest team is based on teams with a minimum of 10 members. The result is scored based on the combined times of the three fastest male runners and the three fastest female runners.
Draw prizes
Draw prizes will be awarded after the race in the Evergreen Brick Works.
